A Simple and Effective Health Regimen to Go By

Through years of research, the following is the health regimen we go by. Follow the regimen and you would likely see a good turn-around in your health condition in as little as three to six months.

1/ Exercise 

The keyword here is moderation. By that, we mean between thirty to forty-five minutes of exercise and five times a week.

If you are already happy with your physique and just want to maintain, a good 30-minute exercise would suffice.  However, you should reasonably expect a good sweat and raised heart-beats through that course of doing so. If you want to shed some fat, go for 45 minutes to an hour instead.

Exercise is essential as it helps tuning the muscles and elasticity.  It improves blood circulation, and in particular the lymphatic system for getting rid of toxins from our body.


2/ Healthy Diet

A healthy diet should include plenty of fruits and vegetables, all the rainbow colors, and less meat, particularly red meat.
Too much red meat affects the ph balance inside the body, making it more acidic.  The change to acidity is one of the general causes leading to chronic degenerative diseases such as heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

Be concerned about processed food, particularly the ones that contain a lot of trans-fats.

It is a good idea to spread out your food intake in smaller quantities but more frequently through the course of the day.  Drinking water is very important.  We would recommend at least 8 cups or about 2 litres a day.

3/ Stress Management

Stress is one of the root causes to many of the chronic degenerative diseases today.   It always helps to have a positive outlook, and a pleasant disposition.

Maintaining a balance between work and pleasure is important.  Everybody has their own ways of stress management, whether it is by way of meditation, deep breathing, listening to music, reading, or simply having a long bubble bath.  Even exercise can help too.

Last but not the least, good quality sleep is important.  It gives the body the time to rest, re-generate, and re-energize.

Stress management can go further to mean creating your own stress-free environment – one that is free of toxins and other forms of pollutions.

4/ High-Quality Nutritional Supplement

Nutritional supplement now plays an undeniable part in our regimen for health.  Practically, this is the only solution in the face of continual depletion of nutrition value in our food choices.  This depletion has hampered the normal functioning of body cells, setting off a chain of deterioration inside the body typical of chronic degenerative diseases.

In advocating cellular health, we are not just telling people to take supplements but high-quality supplements.   We have to understand that not all supplements are the same.  Most of the products in the marketplace unfortunately are far below effective standards / benchmarks.
