Anti-aging – What Does Oxidative Stress and Free Radicals Have to Do With It?

Oxidative stress is still regarded as one of the main reasons for the susceptibility to diseases (especially cancer), and aging. One way of “toxic” body in the form of free radicals that contribute to a deterioration of the body’s defense mechanisms and can cause health problems, progressive and irreversible damage. In fact, we see the effects of oxidation in our daily lives. Oxidation, which causes Rust Destroy, and the prices of the pipes.

Free radicals are everywhere speaks as if everyone understands what they are. In fact, the term “free radicals” is not clear that most, because it requires an understanding of the chemistry at a level that more than most of us know or remember, the chemical reaction. Although many of us may have heard of “free radicals” in the school, and certainly the news, however, whether science and scientific theory must be applied in real life are very different.

If we consider the oxidation of daily living (eg, rust, or destroy it effect) is easier to understand what the consequences can be a period of oxidation in our bodies are. Look at the rust spots and the principle of how to proceed and see how slow and destructive oxidation leads to the corrosion of iron and dissolve completely and the metal from corrosion.

This article aims to define, which is characterized by oxidative stress, and how they affect our bodies in everyday life. In fact, there is a chemical reaction, the destructive nature. It is clear that oxidative damage to our bodies is much more complicated and can not be explained here. At least, this analogy may help to design, such as oxidative stress can be harmful .
