Shift Work Stress – How Munching on a Stick of Celery Can Actually Help to Calm You!

There are days when the feeling of stress at work in a group? If you want to go home and shut the door, unplug the phone and hide the Cabinet a few hours? I do not know about you, but I really was in those days. Since the change of stress in exposed workers. Just get out of bed in the middle of the night were the unwanted stress in your body and tired included.

But in times of stress is not bad, can actually be a good thing indeed. But if you regularly are exposed to stress, the adrenal system is exhausted, as are the hormones.
